Built in 1912, this early example of a mixed-use retail-residential building underwent a complete architectural and structural restoration. The Williams Block was nominated for inclusion in the Vancouver Heritage Registry and has garnered numerous awards for heritage restoration and conservation.


The Williams Block is in the commercial center of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant area, a rapidly revitalizing and vibrant urban neighbourhood.
